JT Transmission Link Service is defined as a service where JT provides transmission capacity between two of the Licensee’s Nodes. For the avoidance of doubt, JT Transmission Link Services cannot be provided to the premises of a Licensee’s enduser or between the systems of two separate Licensees.
JT Transmission Link Service may be provided using any appropriate technology in a combination of bandwidth on the JT backbone network and/or Local Access circuit/s, depending on the respective location of the two ends of the requested Transmission Link. JT Transmission Link Service shall be paid for by the Requesting Licensee.
The boundary between the JT and Licensee Networks shall be either the JT Digital or Optical Distribution Frame at each end of the Link.
