Jordanian artists in holding a special day in Petra

JTG contributed in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, the Jordanian Public and Private Universities and a large number of Jordanian artists in holding a special day in Petra entitled “Vote for Petra” on 30th March 2007. JTG Foundation participation came through providing the Internet Tent to open the opportunity for all to vote for Petra. The Minister of Culture, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, The Governor of Ma’an and JTG Chief Strategy Officer visited the tent to vote. Eng. Yousef Maddi announced during this event that the Internet Tent will continue to provide its internet services to all visitors of Petra till the end of the voting period in July as a contribution from JTG to support the Petra campaign to become one of the new seven wonders of the world.
