Orange participates in bringing water to residents of Mafraq Governorate
In line with the Orange policy of interacting with the civic society, and identifying its needs, Orange took the initiative to respond to citizens needs and to alleviate their suffering due to water shortages, which residents have been suffering from in the past few weeks. Orange liaised with the Governor of Mafraq Khaled Abu Zeid to provide residents with water by sending water tanks to their locations, in an attempt to alleviate their suffering.
Engineer Yousef Ma’adi, Manager of JTG Foundation, represented the CEO of the JTG (Orange) and accompanied a number of tanks to the Governorate of Mafraq. Ma’adi was accompanied by the Manshiyyet Bani Hassan Governor Mohammad Atallah, and Rihab’s Governor Adnan Atoum, who supervised water distribution on residents. The group then visited the water distribution centre in (Abu el Lulu), Jordan Army, and the Water Authority. Citizens expressed their gratitude for the Orange on its initiative to support the residents of Mafraq.
