Effective Orange participation in Convergence Shopper 2007 Exhibition

Orange and Jordan Telecom Group Foundation participated in Convergence Shopper 2007 for telecom, media, and internet technologies.  The Exhibition was inaugurated by His Excellency Minister of ICT Eng Basem Rousan, at Zara Expo for conferences and exhibitions.  Participating companies exhibited in their respective wings ICT solutions, media, and digital recreation.

Jordan Telecom Group companies (Orange for fixed line, MobileCom, Orange for Internet, and e-Dimension) exhibited in their wing several Orange services on offer, such as ADSL - that ensures continued, streamlined, and fast internet access without any disturbances, USB Modem, World Call service, as well as many others which the Group has put at the service of the exhibition’s visitors and participants.

JTG Foundation provided the Media Centre at the exhibition with all telecom needs, to facilitate adequate and timely coverage of exhibition news on daily basis. 

His Excellency Eng Bassem Rousan visited the Orange wing, and toured as he listened to a brief on ICT technologies that the Group’s companies provide their customers with.

The Minister admired the diversity of Orange products.  He valued highly the relentless efforts exerted by Orange to attract international technologies and adopt them in Jordan, in turn enhancing the ICT sector, and providing the Jordanian society with all that is new and modern.

At the end of the Exhibition, Orange made a draw on visitors and guests’ entrance cards, and distributed gifts that included fixed phones, and free ADSL subscriptions for two months.
