Orange inaugurates its integrated Center at Smartbuy

Orange inaugurated its integrated Center at Smartbuy, the specialized electronics megastore located at Cozmo, giving its customers the chance to benefit from all the offers and services Jordan Telecom Group (JTG) provides from one station, saving them time and effort as well as having the desired Orange services on the spot.

A number of qualified employees work at the center to ensure providing customers with the best quality of service helping them to choose the one that meets their needs through the various options from fixed, mobile, internet or content provided by Orange.

JTG CEO, Mr. Mickael Ghossein, said that Orange consistently seeks to provide flexible and efficient services for its customers. “JTG’s companies have started providing services that carry Orange trademark, the commercial brand of the world’s leading telecommunication service operator France Telecom Group (FTG) that provides its services to more than 153 million customers in 220 countries and territories worldwide, a few months ago. By offering Orange integrated services from one sales point enhances our continuous efforts that aim at achieving a higher level in customer care highlighting the steps we make towards launching distinctive service and ultimate customer care which are the core of our policy and strategy” Ghossein added.

Ghossein added that Orange has trained a number of its employees according to the best standards in order to help Smartbuy visitors in acknowledging Orange’s services and choosing the one that best serves their daily telecommunications’ needs. He also stressed that opening a branch for Orange at Smartbuy will give customers the chance to feel the difference due to the re-branding of the Group’s companies under Orange commercial brand.  

It is worth mentioning that the Center provides its services to its customers shopping at Cozmo and Smartbuy during the whole week from 10 am until 11 pm.
