Orange, a prominent participant at Investment and Real Estate Expo 2007

Orange took part in sponsoring the 2nd international exhibition  for material, construction techniques and internal infrastructure for Jordan and the region (Investment and Real Estate Expo 2007 ), which was  inaugurated by the Minister of Industry and Trade Eng. Amer Hadidi at Amman Exhibitions Park, and lasted for three days.

During the Exhibition, which was held to meet the demands of the constructional renaissance that the Kingdom is witnessing, Amman won the 1st place amongst 400 cities that participated in the Global Leadership Award for City Planning.

The exhibition attracted a large number of top companies and institutions working in the real estate sector, construction equipment, and supporting services in Jordan and other countries, offering a great opportunity for participating companies to showcase and market their products and projects regionally and locally to a large number of interested companies and individuals.

Orange, and through the Group’s voluntary arm, Jordan Telecom Group Foundation, has established a service center equipped with computers, faxes, printers, and other types of communication services, which were accessible to media members and the exhibition’s participants.

Attendees expressed their appreciation of Orange’s various activities and its continuous efforts in attracting the latest global technologies to Jordan, contributing in the development of the ICT sector and bringing all that is new to the Jordanian society.

Orange’s continuous interest in sponsoring such Exhibitions comes as a result of the Group’s concern in exploring the economical, technological and cultural developments taking place around the world. It also comes in line with Orange’s efforts in improving the ICT sector and other business sectors through the advanced and integrated services it offers as Jordan is witnessing continuous developments in data, internet and mobile services, emphasizing by that the Group’s commitment in contributing to the substantial development of the Jordanian society.
