Orange Jordan inaugurates Orange’s 7th circle, al Khayam and al Ashrafieh Sales Centers.
Mr. Mickael Ghossein, CEO of the Jordan Telecom Group inaugurated the new Orange Jordan Sales Centers in al Khayam, al Ashrafieh and the 7th circle area in Amman, which have been re-branded and refurbished to provide the customers with highly integrated and developed services.
This comes in line with the transformation into the new Orange brand, the commercial brand of the world’s leading telecommunication operator France Telecom Group (FTG) that provides its services to over 172 million customers in 220 countries and territories worldwide.
''Offering Orange integrated services from one sales point enhances our continuous efforts towards achieving a higher level in customer care. It also highlights the steps we make towards launching distinctive services and ultimate customer care which are the core of our policy and strategy”, Ghossein said stressing Orange Jordan’s commitment to grant the comfort, flexibility and efficiency to its customers through its latest services.
''Orange's qualified employees serve the customers at the centers to ensure providing them with the best quality of Orange's fixed, mobile, internet and content services''.'' The customers will feel the difference due to the re-branding of the Group’s companies under Orange commercial brand’’, Ghossein added.
During the event Ghossein was accompanied by the Group's Executive Vice President, Francois de Loynes, VP JTG/CEO Orange Personal Mrs. Majd Shweikeh, and Orange Sales Director, Mr. Mazhar al Turk.
It is worth mentioning that Jordan Telecom Group started last year refurbishing and renovating its sales centers from the inside and the outside in line with the transformation into the new Orange brand. Its strategy also aims at providing the customers with the distinguished world-class services, as their satisfaction is the Group's main concern. The Group has also unified the costumes of its employees and worked on improving their skills, and building their capacities, all for the customers benefit.
