(Amman, xx April, 2009): Orange Jordan, the sole integrated telecom operator in the Kingdom, announced its first batch of winners in the Orange Spring Competition, dedicated to Orange loyal customers, offering valuable daily, weekly and monthly prizes with a total value of more than JD85,000.  

“By offering Orange's loyal customers the chance to win valuable prizes this Spring, we hope to have created a uniquely flavored season. Aside from delivering unmatched innovative services, we always seek to provide our subscribers with a multitude of benefits and winning opportunities,” said Mrs. Majd Shweikeh, CEO of Orange Mobile.

The first monthly prize of JD10,000 was rewarded to Ms. Lina Abu Al-Wafa’a, while the weekly winners of the JD1,000 were Tawfiq Tashman, Basim Salaymeh, Ayman Elymat and Bernaba Ma’aya’ah, in addition to a random draw conducted under the presence of the Ministry of Industry and Trade representative, where 34 daily winners were granted prizes of mobile handsets from Orange.

Orange subscribers still have the opportunity to enter this competition by sending an SMS with the word (win) to 94094 to gain points and the more points accumulated, the chances of winning will increase. For each correct answer the sender gets 5 points, and 10 points are given when subscribing to a new Orange mobile line, in addition to extra points on every recharge of account.

Through this Spring Competition, Orange will distribute mobile handsets on daily basis amongst other electrical devices and cash prizes of JD1,000 weekly and JD10,000 monthly. This competition will last until the 10th of June, for then the lucky winner of JD50,000 will be announced.
