(Amman, 17 February, 2009): Orange Jordan, the sole integrated telecom operator in the Kingdom, has offered lower priced ADSL all inclusive packages, which include both ADSL access line and internet connectivity in one bill . Orange Internet offers this service with special prices for home subscribers, in addition to exempting subscribers from installation fees.

“We realize that there is still a large segment of society that desires to obtain the ADSL service in their houses, but refrain from subscribing due to fees issues. These packages are presented  to meet the needs of the Jordanian citizens and to facilitate their access to internet with more affordable prices , which comes in line with His Majesty King Abdullah II’s vision in spreading and building the Internet culture in the Kingdom”, said Orange Internet CEO Mrs. Wassila Zitoune.

“Since June 2008, we have reduced our entry price for ADSL by more than 30 % , and we are now proposing all inclusive packages in one bill, with a fully transparent price and no more internet fees on the fixed bill. We have provided these bundles to all our new and existing customers under the one bill service to insure that the local market obtains practical and flexible solutions as this offer is not subject to specific conditions”, she also added.

Customers will have the opportunity to enjoy ADSL speed 128kbps for only JD14.9 per month instead of JD16.9 per month or JD149 per year, and ADSL speed 512kbps for JD19.9  instead of 21.9 per month or JD199 per year. ,
 All customers will also enjoy higher download capacity for all speeds, up to 20 Gb for 8Mbps.

Subscribers will receive through this offer many other features, which includes parental control,  free e-mail orange.jo addresses with storage increased to 250 Mb, and free wireless modem and wifi hours for high speeds above 1Mbps.
