Jordan Telecom Group and BCI present Video Conferencing

Jordan Telecom Group (JTG) signed an agreement with BCI Company to present videoconferencing, a service that combines audio and video to enable companies and individuals to communicate face to face wherever they are around the world, saving the cost, time and effort of traveling.

Signing the agreement on behalf of JTG was CEO Mickael Ghossein, while Mr. Labeeb Baransi, CEO of BCI, signed on behalf of his company.

Ghossein said that signing the agreement comes to reinforce JTG’s role as a regional player in telecommunications, cutting edge technology, and customer service. “The Group’s infrastructure, which matches that of the advanced world, will enable it to provide the most efficient video conferencing service to customers. This new service will offer customers easiness and flexibility in using information directly from a computer with promptness in completing work processes and conducting meetings and conferences for individuals and groups.

He further clarified that these features will help boost productivity and develop work in all fields such as medical, commercial, and legal sectors.

Ghossein underscored JTG’s endeavors to provide services that meet its customers’ ever-growing needs in a time where they became demanding of new service applications such as video communications, which the Group’s infrastructure can support.

For his part, Labeeb Baransi, said that the company is committed to staying in touch with its clients at all times in addition to its dedication to enhancing the level of services offered by BCI team, adding that a recent study of customers’ needs will enable BCI to provide even a better service, and that is what motivated the company to sign the videoconferencing service agreement.

 “We seek through our ambitious plan to develop the audio and video services and offer creative solutions to all projects in this field, relying on the most up-to-date technologies in the world of digital communications, therefore, becoming the leaders of the sector, not only locally, but also regionally in the five years to come,” Mr. Baransi added.

At the very beginning of establishing BCI in 1996, Mr. Said Baransi, the managing director, had a very clear and aggressive vision in positioning BCI as the leading ICT Company in the region through the integration of video, voice and data in solutions which will enhance enterprise performance and productivity.

Two-Way Radio and wireless communications business were two examples of projects that BCI has started in the region through representing the Giant Telecom Company, Motorola, as well as DAMM Company in numerous countries in the Middle East and North Africa regions, selling its services to a long list of clients in these regions.

In 1998, BCI signed a distribution agreement with Polycom, the world leading company in Video Conferencing Solutions.

BCI, and through several development projects, has proved its leadership in providing its clients with the best quality of services and creative unique solutions in this field of technology, and there are several other projects that BCI is still working on seeking the leadership and uniqueness in MENA region.
