The Computerized Day and Voting for Petra

The second was an exhibition under the name of “The Computerized Day and Voting for Petra” which took place at the Ein Jalout Secondary School for four days from 26th to 29th March 2007. Educational materials designed by students under the supervision of their teachers were displayed in an area about 400 sq m, where JTG had a booth and provided computers with internet connectivity and displayed JTG’s integrated services. It also provided the school with 20 additional PC’s connected to the internet to facilitate Voting for Petra to become one of the new seven wonders of the world for all participants and citizens. 

During the event, which was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Khaled Toukan, Chief Strategies Officer Philippe Vogeleer presented a plaque to the Minister, and another one to the Ein Jalout school principal. For his turn, Dr. Toukan presented a plaque to Eng. Yousef Ma’adi, JTG Foundation manager, in appreciation of JTG Foundation for their support to the educational sector.
