Jordan Telecom Group, and Arab Bridge Maritime Company signed an agreement, which will enable the company to benefit from Jordan Telecom Group’s regional contact center services. Mr. Laurent Mialet, CEO of Jordan Telecom Group and Mr. Hussein Saoub Deputy general Manager of Arab Bridge Maritime Company signed the agreement.
The agreements aims to ensure that high quality services are provided to Arab Bridge Maritime Company customers through the Contact Center which is equipped with latest technologies. Well trained team is responsible for operating the contact center, by dealing with incoming and outgoing calls for eight hours a day, from 10 am until 6 pm seven days a week through the telephone number (065506040), in addition to the recording system which receives and records all incoming calls after working hours, in addition for quality assurance.

This enables the company to achieve its goals, which relies in providing, advanced unique services to customers in short period of time.
