The partnership with France Telecom Group has allowed the company to make major investments in the network and services offered which enabled Jordanians to enjoy world class telecom services.

As is the case with all worldwide operators, France Telecom Group responded to the demands of its customers. In a bid to compete globally in this endeavour, it rebranded key essential services, under its Orange brand. Soon, Jordan Telecom Group followed suite. A key integration process that would bring together and unify all its services has been adopted.

The backing of France Telecom Group's network and carriers opened wide perspectives for Jordan Telecom Group, and placed it as a major player in the Middle East. Soon, France Telecom Group selected Jordan Telecom Group to be its gateway to investments  in the region. New wholesale services, technologies, and a worldwide presence are but a few of the strong areas of support that Jordan Telecom Group received from its partner. Coupled with positive relations with Arab operators, Jordan Telecom Group has been able to integrate the best in both Western and Middle East world, representing key assets that allowed it play a pivotal role in the region.

The partnership with France Telecom Group proved to be the most advanced global telecommunications merger in the Kingdom and paved the way for the government's shares to be public in the company’s IPO at the end of 2002 and in June 2006.
